The processing of Personal Data takes place through automated and / or manual tools to ensure the security measures to prevent access, disclosure, loss, incorrect, illegal or unauthorized use of data.

⛔️ Access to data

Personal data will be processed by the Controller's internal staff specifically authorized pursuant to Article 29 of the GDPR. Personal data may also be shared with the following external parties: (i) Internet or application service providers and the platforms used by the Controller; (ii) consultants and other service providers who perform activities on behalf of the Controller and who need to know this information in order to provide such services (e.g., firms professionals, companies that provide call center services for activities functional to the conclusion of the contract and/or the management of the contractual relationship with the Controller).

These subjects act as autonomous controllers or Processors. In the latter case, the Controller has entered into a specific agreement pursuant to Art. 28. GDPR (Appointment as Processor). The list of Processors is available by sending a request to the Controller at email [email protected]

📣 Communication of any unwanted access to the Data Protection Authority

The management system is periodically monitored, controlled and implemented by computer technicians. In the event that an unwanted access occurs, the Owner undertakes to give immediate notice, within the terms provided by law, as expressly provided by the EU Regulation 679/2016.
